biggest loser update

Well I have lost a total of 13 lbs...14 yesterday but I ate a lot of pizza LOL!

My mom & one sister said "we can tell you lost weight...out of your neck" LOL...yep...lucky me the first place I loose is from my neck & face...why I can't just loose from my ass & be done with it...I will never know...LOL...but I am workin hard...walkin at work with the girls & cuttin back on my portions...hopefully it will soon amount to my goal and I can work on maintaining it for the summer :)

so ya no picture with my post today...my neck is not really willing to pose for a photo today :)

workin tonite...hopefully get scrappin over the weekend...ttythen...have a great one!

hoppy birthday little prince

I picked up this stamp at my local scrap store yesterday!

Isn't it the most cutest froggy ever :)

anyways made a real quick simple card for card nite

well card nite is comin up again Mar 16th

so back at makin a few for the girls to play with :)

I decided we had not made a boys bday card lately

so I used my Justrite stamper :)))

and a ball stamp and came up with this soccer card







I used this new EK Success punch called swiss cheese

but I think it looks like bubbles so I got it for water photos

but hey it works as balls too :) I think



Then I needed a girlie card :)

so this one I used my other EK Success new border punch

with a cuttlebug folder, some ribbon & the martha butterfly punch :)

I kinda like this one...even with the pink :)

today's layouts have a couple techniques in them

this is a tag made with Tim Holtz inks

then I used my new sizzix machine & some nestabilities butterflies, I cut out the heart and used a cuttlebug embossing folder on it, then I outlined the swirls with glue and fun flocked it to match :) the sides

On the sides I applied scrapbooking glue on a stamp with a foam brush, stamped the picture then applied fun flock, it is like felt in a bottle :) and it is fun LOL!


I love everything about being a mom & wife

truly they are what I live for

occassionally I do wanna sell them as a lot :)

but there is not enough money in this world.

fun mountain water slides :)

Last summer I went with friends Pete & Diane out to Fun Mountain with all the kids.



Oh my it was too, too fun! We lost Zack on the first slide, so with my "OMG I lost my kid" heart attack out of the way quickly...we had the most awesome time after that...nothin like a day on the slides, a hot tub & a picnic in the sun to make for great memories!




I think I took 100 pics that day...any of them showing fun in their own way!

family fun day 08

Once a year my sister and her hubby put on a party for their family & friends, as well as the kids...it is a total blast! Kids of all ages, animals of all kinds, a jumper, a slide and some loose meat sandwiches...yep it's a good day for all!

I love how you can just see the kids happiness...you could actually discover your own through their eyes...just look close :)

It was a real hot day...like 40

Nick was foolin around in the backyard with an empty water jug

he filled it with water from the hose and then dumped it on himself

had to be cold...but he sure didn't seem to mind :)


The second page is pics of the boys at the lake

we went to visit Victoria one afternoon

and she showed us what she just found

yep...a leech...LOL

The kids played with that thing all afternoon






I love how the elements kinda jump out at you

just like water from a jug...or a blood thirsty leech :)

party pontoon (2nd post for today)

Well we visited Wade & Lucy one weekend last summer

it was awesome

the kids went tubing

they shared watermelon & drinks

peed off the boat

yep can it get better?

Zack said "it can get better...if I can drive"

so Wade let him drive the boat...he was so flippin proud!

Nicholas enjoyed tubing way more than Zack

we were all stunned by that...look at him so stoked

Nick had an absolute fast & fabulous time on that water!
